You can gain an insight how employees work within these companies and you get in touch with the key representatives. At the company booths you have the possibility to exchange with the companies’ employees and find out more about your opportunities for practical training, trainee programs, bachelor and master thesis.
The construction industry has increasing requirements to materials and especially their compounds. In Sika’s workshop at the Natural Science-Day we presented the students a practical example of a challenge in this area and offered insights into the analytical procedures. The Sika experts introduced the students to the analytical methods and they jointly developed a solution. The students learned to connect the analytical measurements with the given problem and how to elaborate an appropriate solution concept.
