¡Hola sika-compañeros! Six months have passed and I’m learning and having great experiences, helping and supporting the company. Marketing´s Department (where I´m doing my internship) has been working a lot by these days, each area in the department implemented new ideas to continue catching the attention of our customers and potential customers.
CRM innovated in the website with the new “Sika Academy”and “The Smartphone App”. Sika Academy is for capacitating our customers on the products which they could use. The smartphone app helps you to be more in contact and close with Sika´s products, promotions, doubts, etc. Also they´re continue improving others applications on Sika´s website like “The Specification Guide”and “Sika´s eHouse”.
Sales Promotion Area is in charge of all the events related to Industry and Construction in Mexico. This month they have been traveling and participating in 14 events, most of them local. Also they released a new promotion for summer rains.
Advertising made a new campaign based on comics with Sikaman and their enemie, the campaign captured the attention of many people. Also in the same area, the community manager had an increase on “Sika fans”. The customers are more interested in participating on Sika´s facebook, having technical support, solving puzzles, uploading their photos using Sika´s products and of course the winners receive a gift for their participation. These gifts and creative ideas help us to be more in contact with the customers.
And finally Business Intelligence & Pricing, we have been checking the changes on Global economy to analyze how it can affect company´s performance and pur products.
