The Sika Experience

Monday morning this wee I had the opportunity to welcome the first three winners of the Sika Experience.

After a short warm up we started directly into the resource project. Anca, Jamie & Alberto did a very good job during the first week. I’m sure they learned a lot and together with the Sika colleagues I had the feeling they also enjoy the activities. Out of all the experiences at the NEAT construction site of TAT (at that place I like to thank the joint venture partner of TAT for the opportunity to see and feel the project) I’m sure these three talents have a complete overview about the project. A small challenge for them was to create concrete & shotcrete recipe following the requirements of the Holcim concrete. Today they had the chance to produce their own concrete and really see what happens!

Now this evening we will start in a hopefully relaxing weekend in the south part of Switzerland!
